If your application requires a custom document root (also known as a web root) you can change it via the Site Settings page. The default document root is public_html. All document roots must be inside your home directory. It is possible to set a document root that does not exist. To set a new document root go to the Site Settings page for the site you wish to modify. Scroll down to the Document Root section. You can modify the text field to change it. Change Document Root You must click Save Changes to apply the change.
